Who Am I

I truly believe you don’t have to stay stuck in an unfulfilling career or scrape for opportunities when you can leverage digital platforms to create your own demand.

Too many talented, hardworking people are living far below their potential simply because they haven’t learned how to position themselves for the opportunities they deserve.

I know this because I lived it.

I started my career in customer service and supply chain. And like many high-achievers, I worked hard, hoping the work of my hands would speak for me and open doors.

It didn’t.

Instead, I was stuck in a physically demanding warehouse job that gave me very little room for personal and professional growth for over four years.

But I knew I wanted more out of life.

More creative freedom, purpose, and ownership over my career, income, and future.

So in 2023, I embarked on a personal development journey that led me into digital marketing and personal branding.

I stopped hiding behind my job title and started positioning myself around my strengths.

And with that, I chose to make a career pivot and start over from complete scratch as a copywriter.

That’s when I discovered the power of LinkedIn personal branding.

Because within five months of pivoting, I secured an international copywriting client - a U.S-based startup that hired me for LinkedIn copywriting.

And in the same year, I was also approached by two Kenyan digital marketers to collaborate on a paid coaching project. I had never coached anyone before that.

That became proof to me that when you become strategically visible online, geography stops being a limitation, and you don’t need to wait years to become successful.

In 2025, I founded Visible & In Demand, a professional coaching company that helps purpose-driven women and men stop waiting for permission, own their stories, and create real income and opportunities for themselves through strategic LinkedIn personal branding in just 4-8 weeks.

I also authored The Complete Beginner’s Guide to Building a Strong Personal Brand Online, became a certified Trainer of Trainers, and supported over 37 purpose-driven individuals in turning their skills, experience, and stories into profitable personal brands that generate income.

Today, I’m building a digital business from Lilongwe, Malawi, that gives me freedom, purpose, and the ability to impact lives beyond the four walls of an office.

And I’m passionate about helping other men and women do the same.
